How I can make more space for long message in a card?

I’m writing a thank you card, but I won’t have enough space to write everything I want to say. What can I do? Stick a page inside and fold it up? Write a short message in the actual card and write what I want to say on a separate page and slot the page inside the card?

The latter.

The second, a separate letter almost, tucked inside.

Separate letter inside the card.

What should I write the letter on? A piece of blank A4 paper that you’d use for printing? Something else?

Writing paper, notepad paper, lightweight airmail paper if you have any. Depends if you are posting international, or if it would put the weight over a certain limit for postage.
