Child maintenance service - is it all bad?

Anyone have any positive stories about the cms?

Unfortunately I know none.

Afraid not! They are incompetent in even the most straightforward of cases.

Never had any problems with the new service. I was given good advice when I signed up and was able to chose the most appropriate service. The £20 admin fee seems perfectly reasonable as they are providing a service. Unlike the old system they look at ex’s earnings once a year and adjust the payment as necessary.The old system was truly terrible and I was constantly contacting them over errors etc. I have never had to contact the new service other than to change my contact details.

Exp works for his family so I’m pretty certain he will claim he’s not working when I know he is
