Say something or mind my own?

I was near school after drop off this morning. I saw a Mum sat in the back of the car in the middle with a baby. Maybe 1ish.

I was parked windscreen to windscreen. A few feet between cars.

Baby was standing at the steering wheel at one point. Mum in back. All fine.

Dad got back and got in to the driving seat.

As I looked up I saw him pull away, past my car. Baby in mum's arms. No car seat. No restraint.

Their other child is in my sons year. Would you do or say anything?

I would, but not in a judgmental or nasty way. I’d just say I was very concerned to see the baby was unrestrained and at risk of being killed even in a minor low speed accident, and I’d probably advise where she could buy a baby car seat, or offer her my old one if my youngest had outgrown it.
Think how you’d feel if you said nothing and that poor child was later seriously injured or killed.

Chances are a parent who would have a child unrestrained wouldn't heed advice.

I am thinking whether I should day something to school or otherwise.
