Anyone got any useless tips for a driving test?!

I've got my driving test on Saturday, terribly nervous! Did a mock test this week and I failed spectacularly Blush all on things I normally do fine!
I've ordered some rescue remedy.
I'm trying not to worry, I know I can keep retaking it but I'm 6 months pregnant so feeling a bit of time pressure Sad
Any useful tips would be greatly appreciated!!

My driving instructor drove me to the test centre and parked the car. When I came to drive it with the examiner I couldn't get the handbrake off as he'd pulled it up with such force Confused it really threw me and I failed for silly reasons.

Good luck! Smile

I was so nervous for my driving test. My test had to be moved from a nice quiet area to busy Bradford. I am dyspraxic and just felt like I couldn't get the hang of driving even though my instructor said I was ready. They day of my test we went into the test centre and after a while talking to admin my instructors face dropped and he walked over to me. He said I'm so sorry rack but your examiner has called in sick so you have Mr so and so, hes an examiner of examiners. I pretty much got it in my head right then that I would fail and just rebook when everything wasnt going totally wrong. Accepting that the odds were against me I totally relaxed and did my test. Passed with flying colours and couldn't believe it. Relaxing and not putting pressure on yourself really makes all the difference. Just tell yourself you may not pass today but you will pass one day. Should take the anxious edge of which leads to silly mistakes.

Beta blockers, ask your GP to prescribe two doses so you can try them a few days beforehand.
