Electronic pelvic floor exercisers - are they worth it ?

So my lo is 21 months and ive only just realised i may have a prolapse 🤦‍♀️ i asked OH if he had noticed anything different but hes either clueless or too polite to say.

I have an appointment for a smear on monday so i rekon it will be mentioned then.

However does anyone have experience with electronic pelvic floor exercisers? I know this (pelvic floor exercises) is the first recommendation in dealing with this, but like many, i forget to do them regularly.

I haven’t yet but I’ve just got this from amazon as it’s relatively inexpensive and I want to check I’m doing them properly. Haven’t given it a go yet (as I keep forgetting)
