many people are concerned about side effects of mmr compared to the disease this only show measles side effects not mums & rubella which also have severe side effects - the point I am trying to make is that measles side effects are x number in 10 & they are life long/& severe & can cause death in extreme cases where as mild side effects included in the triple many of which are short term & temporary & mild & cover 3 disease protection are 1 in 10,000

For what it's worth, I don't think there's much of an anti-vaxx presence on Mumsnet, at least from what I've seen. So the lack of response so far is probably just a case of people nodding in agreement and moving on, hopefully.

There are a few anti-vaxxers on MN, including on poster who doesn't believe in germs never mind vaccines, but the majority seem to be pro-vaxx and anti-vaxx comments are usually torn to shreds fairly quickly.
