9 months ago I was in a no fault car accident, the approved repairer botched the repairs but the insurer gave the repair option, though now they are reneging on some points, and there is some new damage while the car has been in the second garage. e.g. two scratches on the front bumper, mystery spots on the left two glasses, that dont clean out.
They have now had my car 9 months!!!! While I am in a crappy courtesy car.
Can someone please help me? If I get a lawyer I believe I may not get the fees back or can I?
The insurer, Hastings Direct are dragging their heels. I am beyond despair, I just want my car fixed and back how it should be. However they are telling me they are now not putting right about 4 items. I can't believe it.
One of the worst experiences of my life and no regard for my wellbeing.
