Does it matter if you take the wrong ‘age’ vitamins??

Thought I was buying my usual but have seen it’s womens 50+. It may be a stupid question but it doesn’t matter does it??

The difference is my usual one has inositol, choline, chromium and older one doesn’t and older one has lutein, vitamin k, magnase and my usual one doesn’t... there’s also different measures of certain things in both.

Not really. The nutrients will be balanced towards a few age-specific needs, but it's still adding extra micronutrients to your diet.

Ok great thanks. The shop is quite a long way away to take them back and they are expensive!

What vitamins are they? I take all the things you mentioned in your normal vitamins, but separately, would be very interested in buying a one tablet does it all!

You might find you feel the lack of things missing in the one you’ve bought? But it will be interesting to see, you might notice anything at all.

I sometimes have a couple of the kids gummy ones - they are like sweets!

@MrsMaryMooFace they are the nature’s way ‘alive!’ Range. I take the women’s energy one and these others are the women’s 50ones. They are chewy ones which is why I went on them as hate swallowing tablets! Taste great and have everything I was looking for in them.
