Simple ways to increase levels of activity?

I am trying to incorporate simple ways to increase my level of activity routinely. So far I
don't use pay at the pump but go into the shop
walk to local shop to buy things rather than driving
park at the far end of car parks in supermarkets or leisure centre so I have to walk a bit farther

Anyone got anything else they do?

Take the stair rather than use the lift.

If on the phone at home, walk and talk

Park further away from wherever you’re going

Put on music and dance with the kids

So some sort of exercise in the tv ad breaks

When waiting for the kettle to boil do a bit of exercise. Star jumps, squats, knee ups.

Rather than collect a pile of things to go upstairs take one item at a time.

If you have a downstairs toilet use the upstairs one to increase steps.

Pokemon Go has got me walking much more, but it’s not everybody’s cup of tea.
If you’re taking a bus, get off at the stop before or after the one you need - might also be possible with train/tube/tram, depending where you are.
Walk down stairs (and up, to a lesser extent) rather than take the lift.
Walk up/down escalators.

Avoid chairs. If you sit on the floor to watch tv, or whatever, then you have to move further to get up and down, and you are more likely to change position because it isn’t as comfy.

People moan about having a weak core, but then spend a majority of their time slouched against a chair back. You may have to start with doing it for a short period and build up.

Stretch in the morning after waking up and in the evening when going to bed.

Random arm and leg stretches throughout the day.

Yoga/ some kind of exercise while watching tv.

Standing up when on the laptop (needs a table at height)
