I've lost my Hermes tracking number!

Bought some clothes online, returned most of the order via my Hermes. Haven't heard anything from them (return was nearly 2 weeks ago)
But I can't find my tracking number anywhere!
What can I do?? I don't have a leg to stand on do I? 😭

Was the returns label provided by the company you bought the clothes from?

If so, log into your account and you should be able to find it.

Alternatively, Hermes should be able to track the parcel using the 'collected from' and delivery locations, and any other information you can give them although they will probably pretend they can't track it because it's been lost or stolen and they're crap.

Yes the label was a prepaid 'my Hermes' returns label that came with my invoice.
If I log in to my account it just gives me the order details and says 'delivered' 😭

I can't even find any contact details for Hermes. The one contact form I found required the tracking number to fill out the form 🙄

How did you return the parcel? When I send things by MyHermes, I take them to the local shop and they give me a little blue slip of paper with the tracking number on.

You don't have yours lurking in your purse, handbag, coat pocket, car etc etc?

I did have a little blue receipt, I put it in the front pocket of my handbag and now I can't find it anywhere... I could cry! It wasn't a cheap order, money I can't afford to just write off 😭

@HarryHenderson does it give you an option to reprint the label?
Maybe try calling the company and see if they have a record?

@BarbaraofSevillle I think OP was very clear when they said they've lost the tracking number

@HarryHenderson I struggled to get my money back WITH the blue slip! Took 4 weeks and that was only when the clothing company started to deal with it 🤦🏻‍♀️

My Hermes are probably the WORST courier company. However they do have a live chat option on their website.

If I were you, I would log on to that and speak to someone. Say you are at work and don't have the tracking details to hand but it was sent from , on such date, going to .

Do you have an email with a returns reference on it? From the company you are returning things to?

Or go to your local shop , explain the situation. They should have a record of it

Hello OP,

Did you get this resolved? If so, how? Im in exactly the same position except that the shop I used to drop the parcel off at is now closed under lockdown. I have found every receipt from the last 2 years that I have ever had with the exception of this little blue card - driving myself mad.

Returns are taking a while at the moment so I wouldn't give up hope yet.

I was about to contact a company this week when I received my refund today. Returned at least 3 weeks ago.

I just came across this thread as I had the same problem - as relevant as ever right?!

I found a few of the blue slips but the numbers on the slips would not work as the 16digit tracking number on the website.

SOLUTION
So I went back and checked the email I received from myHermes to scan at the check out, on the email was a link to print out the barcode to attach to the parcel (usually I just scan the barcode in the shop) and hey presto, the 16 digit tracking number was under the barcode.

So after hours of searching for the blue slip which is actually useless to track the parcel I was sending the solution was in my emails the whole time.

I wanted to make sure others found this solution! Good luck all who come across it in the future!

How's it going? How have you solved this problem? I had a similar situation when I lived in Germany, even the company name was almost the same, haha. I was lucky that that shipping company www.postsendungsverfolgung.com/de/hermes-sendungsverfolgung.html had very polite people working and immediately explained to me how to solve the problem. Did you contact them directly? I would have done so right away, because it benefits them to solve your problem too. Generally speaking, these days all these numbers should be easily accessible on a computer, we live in the 21st century, after all!
