Before I start, just as a disclaimer, I realise I am lucky to have both a lovely mum and a lovely mother-in-law. I love them both dearly, independently and in small doses.
That said, they are both here this week, together, in my house, driving me crazy. I work from home so I've decamped to a café today.
I'm dreading going home!
They are here as DS has a major school production and they are both here to see that, and DH is playing in a concert too, so that's another day. Neither of them live within spitting distance so they are having to stay.
Give me hope for the next 24 hours! (After that my mother leaves and I just have my MIL to cope with for 3 more days.....)
