Contact lens or conjunctivitis

Woken up this morning with an eye I can’t open and gunk all over it. Would I get a go appointment or go to the optician to ensure I removed my contact lens last night? Pretty sure I did as I always do but now I’m doubting myself. Literally can’t open it or see out of it.

You don’t need to go to the GP you’re over the worse now. That eye looks much better than this morning and will be even better tomorrow.

It does look rather better. Keep up the good care :)

Thank you. Once I had unstuck them this morning they are definitely not as gritty as yesterday. Still looking awful and feeling crap but on the mend thank you!

It's surprising how it makes you feel poo all over. I'm glad you are going in the right direction.

I'd bin any eye make up you used yesterday as well the contact lenses. And don't use any lenses again until its completely cleared.
