Has anyone had late teenage kids volunteer for Camp Romania? Trying to find out if this is real deal or a fake enticement.

Hi, I know this is an old thread but keen to know for dc

For what it's worth. They (Camp people) said she got through to the "last round" in selection and promised to phone her back to finalise the travel details etc. That was 2 weeks ago for a camp starting this week.

Not a call, txt, email since. Dd didn't apply for a job at home hoping she would get to go to Romania. Now stuck at home doing nothing (Well, hoping to get a summer job for August and also maybe do some online course in something)
