Recommend me a dressing gown

After a thread on her I bought some lush pyjamas and now I want a new dressing gown.

I have a lovely fluffy number but I want a light summer/ silk/ kimono type one.

So hit me with recommendations. I want it long.

Nanasueathome they are gorgeous. Are they worth the money?

Oysho. I buy lots of nightwear from them. Inexpensive and lovely designs.

I adore my Verry Kerry. It’s probably my favourite item of clothing.

H&M had some lovely linen kimono style robes in their home department.

Yes, Verry Kerry are gorgeous
I bought one for myself and then had to buy one for my DIL as she loved mine so much
Gorgeous colours and lovely fabric too

One Hundred Stars do some lovely ones, as seen on Nigella in At My Table.

Sweetmelody72 · 12/09/2019 07:20

@Hmmmbop where were your ‘lush pyjamas’ from?

GrimDamnFanjo · 12/09/2019 08:11

Watching - I find dressing gowns really hard to find...

Sweetmelody72 · 12/09/2019 09:53

I’ve ordered a robe in modal from Gap and I have a shopping bag full of robes at One Hundred Stars - just need to choose one!

But what I really want is something knitted and warm I.e. cashmere but I haven’t seen one I love (want brown toned rather than grey toned) and don’t know if I should settle for wool rather than cashmere (don’t want to wait for Christmas. Want to enjoy now!).

Anyone want to post links to great quality lightweight but warm and cosy robes?
