Has anyone ever set this up on the same day they need to be charged for? DH is in London today and he isn't sure if he's driven in the zone by accident...obvs doesn't want to get a PCN but also doesn't want to pay the charge unnecessarily just in case.
Autopay will charge him automatically but none of the TFL stuff online says whether it's technically possible to set it up and get it active on the same day, it just says the car reg needs to be added to an "active" account by midnight on the day. Hoping someone here will actually have done it and be able to advise!
