I'm stuck in a lunch rut! So I'm shamelessly starting a thread to find out what everyone else is eating and steal ideas.
I tend to either have roasted veg (butternut squash, sweet spud, shallots, swede, peppers, carrots) with wholegrain mustard, or something like ryvita with tomatoes and mozzarella. But I'm a bit bored and want to try something new.
