Has anyone tried a new replacement diet? I've found one online and I want to try, but I want to know if they are worth the money and have good results.
I lost some weight after Dd was born, but I want that extra push to get some remaining weight off.

I think they help people in the short term if for example they want to lose weight for a holiday or a wedding etc.

But like most dads I think people will put the weight back in once they come off the replacement meals.

What about just eating less of what you already eat?

I eat whatever I want, just not a lot of it.

Buy yourself a Fitbit and do calorie counting on the app. It tells you how many calories you can have according to how much activity you've done and helps you to be more mindful of what you're eating as you can see the logs on your phone.

Fad diets never work as they're unsustainable and you end up putting more weight on once you stop them.

Calorie counting is free, easy and lets you eat what you want.

MIL lost a tonne of weight doing Lighter Life. It helps that she lives on her own though so could literally strip the house of food.
