I have 3 chicken beasts.
Mushrooms
Sweetcorn
Carrots
Broccoli
Tin toms
Cheese.
Onions.

I. Have lots of pasta. No potatoes

I feel rough so thinking too much about food isn't helping lol.
Was thinking chuck it all in a pasta.

Out of flour to make any base of a sauce.

Chicken pasta bake; make a sauce with tinned toms, mushrooms, onions, salt pepper (splash of tom ketchup or purée if you have), salt & pepper; fry up chicken breasts, cook pasta, bung in oven for 30 and cover with cheese with 5 mins to go. I'm hungry now! Sweet corn if you want to thicken.

Or 2 meals; smaller pasta bake with 1.5 chicken breasts and stir fry with the mushrooms and veg etc.

Use a tin of chicken or mushroom soup as a base for a pasta bake?

Agree with PP - the tomatoes with all the veg in will make a lovely sauce for a past bake too. Just chop the chicken into chunks and throw it all in a big dish.

Brown the onions and chicken. Half
cook some pasta (shapes if possible- not spaghetti) Chuck everything into a dish with loads of pepper, some salt and herbs if you’ve got any and a decent splash of pasta water. Cover with foil. Bake until everything’s cooked. Cover with grated cheese and breadcrumbs if you’ve got any and either put back into a hot oven or under the grill until brown and bubbly. Make sure it doesn’t dry out-a little bit too wet is better than a little bit too dry.

Chuck chicken, onions, mushrooms, sweet corn and tinned tomatoes in a dish, add any herbs you fancy (garlic, paprika etc), cover with foil and cook in over for about an hour; boil then drain pasta and mix with chicken; sprinkle cheese on top then bake to finish off. Serve with boiled carrots and broccoli

Also grated carrots thicken a racy type sauce a treat; with those ingredients you've got dinner for 2 days, or dinner and lunch!
