My nineteen month old has come out in these spots
His older siblings have had chicken pox before he was born I am at but flummoxed by these
He’s scratching them but they don’t look blistered more like little pimples.
Any ideas?

I'd have said chickenpox given they are fluid filled, and itchy.

The ones on his torso look like insect bites/nettle rash.

The second photo looks like the rash is indented rather than raised - no idea!

The doctor thought he had it two weeks ago but turned out to be a heat rash. I wonder whether they are chicken pox
Feel like an idiot. You’d think after three babies I would know what this might be!

A nettle rash would have gone away after a few hours, although I agree that does look more like a contact rash to me. The indented ones baffle me too!
