What is this tax from nandos?

Ordered takeaway today. 15 chicken wings. I had to wait 35 minutes so I had a lot of time to wait. Anyway, on about 23quid, there was a 4.00 odd 'tax'. What is this? Surely not a service charge on takeaway.

The menu price for 10 wings is £10.95 and for 5 its £5.95, so your order would have come to £27.85. This will be reflected on your receipt as you describe in your OP but it is included in the menu price.
