I have and really liked it. I like that it's dark, so if you don't know the moves it doesn't matter. It's worth a try

I loved it. So much so that I gave myself foot problems.

Love love love clubbercise! It's great that it's dark so you don't feel self conscious and also no one can tell if you are doing it wrong! I found the first few classes a bit tricky to follow but stuck with it as the moves for each song are fairly similar. I've been going for nearly 3 years now!

I liked it but the glow sticks give me headaches

I'm thinking of joining, sounds like good fun!! I'm over weight and would like to shift 2 stone!! Please can you answer a few queries if you can?

  • how much was the session?
  • do you have to pay if you miss a week?
  • do they supply the glow sticks or lend them to you? If you buy them are they reusable or do you buy them every session?
Thankyou xx

It's great fun, give it a try. It's difficult to answer your questions as every group is different. My classes are a part of my gym membership, and the glow sticks are for everyone to share. My friends go to another pay as you go session, and they buy their glow sticks from the instructor. They are reusable, and usually run off replaceable batteries. Have fun

It does depend on the group. The one I go to I pay £5 a class and it's pay as you go so you do need to book a space but you can cancel with as little as 2 hours notice without paying. We pay £5 for a pair of reusable glow sticks and then I buy the batteries from Poundland when they run out. They only need replacing every 6 months or so. Hope that helps
