After asking to push them?

Bang, crash, wallop. Clonking down awkwardly off every kerb, thwacking wheels into doors and pillars again and again, not just once. Just not taking a lot of care or looking at what they are doing?

I am not being PFB but there is a human being in there, not a pile of luggage!

(not asking for any solutions, just really irritated that some family members cannot be trusted twice to push the pram!)

When DS was a newborn and I had my pram 'L' plates, I was often rather clumsy. It was sometimes unexpectedly difficult adjusting to the extra bulk I had to manoeuvre. Particularly if I'm tired, I'm still clumsy, particularly with uneven paths and getting up and down kerbs.

I agree with the sentiment in theory (there's precious cargo in there!), but I think I'd be inclined to cut them some slack unless they're actually putting your baby/other people in danger.

It sounds as though it was their first attempt at doing something new, so chances are that they're already cringing internally and have vowed to try and do better next time...
