What spirits/alcoholic drinks can you drink without a mixer?

I find fizzy drinks bloating but would still like an alcoholic drink other than wine. Are there any nice enough to drink neat?

The Edinburgh Gin liqueurs are nice, there is: elderflower, pomegranate, plum and vanilla, raspberry, and rhubarb and ginger and a few more. Lovely with just some ice but far too easy to drink.

JJ Whitley rhubarb vodka with ice. Tesco have it for £16.
