Quick question - would you eat this?

I made a quorn sausage and bean casserole yesterday evening. This morning I discovered I'd left it out all night - I put it in the fridge at 10.30am. Would you consider it safe to eat after reheating, or will we all be poisoned?

I’d definitely eat it. If concerned I’d mayne just reheat it for longer and to a higher temperature than normal but I wouldn’t be concerned about beans or quorn.

Personally I would (and have done similar) as long as you heat it really really well to kill off any nasties! You can’t do that with rice though.

sittingonacornflake · 14/06/2019 18:43

Assuming no dairy or rice in it then yes I would.

Reallyevilmuffin · 14/06/2019 18:44

Today yes, maybe tomorrow at a push but not for much longer

RestingBitchFaced · 14/06/2019 18:46

I would eat it

AdaColeman · 14/06/2019 18:48

Yes, as long as it was thoroughly heated through.

Thanks all - I really didn't want to throw it all away!
