Hi

Just a quick question my daughter is 9 weeks old and I still have not received a letter for her 8 weeks jab. Is that normal?

The surgery have said when the time comes à letter will be sent out. Still not got any.

I never got one for DS1 and just rang up, told them it had gone astray and booked him in. Be warned, I never got any invitations for him so we had to keep on top of them ourselves. Might be worth raising with your HV?

My daughter is 4 weeks. HV said we'll receive a letter by 6 weeks because they'll do our 6-8 week post natal checks at the same time.

Definitely worth chasing!

I never got letters I just had to book them myself. I'd just call up

Phone your Drs surgery my DD 12 weeks vaccinations reminder they sent out for the wrong date it was a week later than when she was meant to have them thankfully I'd kept it in my diary when she was meant to have them so knew they had messed up phoned the surgery and they said to come in on date she was meant to not date they had sent out in post when I raised this with the nurse they said they had recently changed systems so it may have been down to that but I would chase it up with your Drs surgery and just make note somewhere when your DC is due the vaccinations so you know incase they make the same mistakes for the rest

Il ring up at 9am the family planning services. As I can't even get my blood tests done there is a 4 week wait and I got a call yesterday saying the nurse won't be in so has been pushed to another 3 weeks.

So called the surgery and she's booked in for the 27th.. She will be 11weeks old does that matter?

It doesn't matter, but you have to wait 4 weeks between appointments.

Surgeries seem so pressed, it's easier just to call up weeks in advance yourself it seems
