Help me reset my oven clock please!

I have no model or serial number, and have called the manufacturers (who were useless) and looked online to no avail.

It has five buttons, a bell, two clocks, a minus and a plus. I have tried various combinations of these and only seem to have set alarms, or cooking times. How the hell do I set this clock? I can’t cook with it until the time is set!

What make of oven is it?

Does it have two buttons next to each other's with arrows pointing opposite ways?

Sorry, just seen you've mentioned the buttons. Try holding down both clock buttons and then using the plus and minus buttons to set the time.
