How to get white jumper whiter

I bought a lovely white jumper with thin red stripes on from Ebay. It looked white on the photos but when it arrived it looks greyish white. How can I get it looking white again while keeping the stripes red?

Bumping

A dishwasher tablet in the washing machine with your usual laundry stuff too works. Ace for whites bleach is really good too

Vanish Whitener?

Glowhite (the stuff you use for net curtains) and biological washing powder.

M&S laundry capsules for whites are really good. I dread to think what's in them, but I use them on my son's fencing kit and they get it whiter on their own than Daz plus Oxy powder for whites ever did.
