I’m feeling ambitious this year as I don’t want to stay stuck in my minimum wage job all my life. I’m turning 23 and want to set my self up the best I can. So I’m taking a lot on this year:
-40 hours a week job
-a 12 month qualification required for my work
-a 3 year open university degree

I’ve been told by absolutely everyone I won’t be able to do it. Well I will! But does anyone have any ideas or tips for time management and how I will keep house and work and study!?

I have a DP who I share a home with and no children.

You should be able to do this, but it will eat into any social time. You need to be organised. Use commuting time to listen to lectures or read notes for uni and do your work qualification at lunchtime.

Make sure you make 2-3 evenings available for study and one day at the weekend.

You’ll be so pleased when you finish it - it will be worth it!
