Returning swimwear bought online

Posting here for traffic.

I've ordered and received some swimwear from Sports Direct that I now don't want. I know you can't return swimwear in store, but I thought online purchases were different. But their (not v helpful or clear) website says that even with online purchases, 'Some goods are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.' I assume this means swimwear.

Is this lawful? If it matters, the things I bought are bikini tops, no bottoms or full swimsuits.

Not sure.

I personally thought, if the HYGIENE pad is still in place, I think you can still return online.

I'd send an email if I were you, especially if unwarn or not tried on.
