Sounds like you were unlucky. I've always had great service from them. Admittedly I haven't used them in a while though so they may well have gone drastically down hill since then!

I think that’s where my sister gets diaries and calendars each year. Good products and she’s never had a problem.

They have been trying to ship my order for a week. I have checked every day. They can't say what the problem is, just it's been returned. They simply don't care. Never had service this bad. I'm actually shocked

I do have to say that I use them a lot and I've always found them very good. Once, when an item was lost, they simply replaced it, no bother.

It sounds more likely that there is a problem with the delivery service, I don't see how it would be photobox's fault the item has been returned 3 times?

Photo box were excellent when I had a similar problem. The courier was adamant the parcel had been delivered. I hadn't received it, I contacted them on webchat as I needed the item for a birthday in 2 days. They printed and shipped product guaranteed next day delivery for free and refunded my delivery cost of the original item.

They have failed to provide the right information to the courier three times. Just utterly useless and could not care less. I have actually emailed the ceo. I have used them lots in the past and found them great. No idea what has suddenly gone so wrong with them.
