Period pretty late, negative test, when to be concerned it’s something problematic?

As the title says. Period was due on the 6th. I am pretty much never late - and usually it arrives on day 25/26 rather than day 28 of my cycle. Since the 5th I've had a little smear of blood sometimes when I wipe after peeing and a tiny bit of bloody discharge on the 10th, but no period. The couple of times I've been slightly late in the past I've still been premenstrual with some bloating and cramping, but I currently have nothing. Took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative and am as close to certain as I can be that I'm not pregnant (I have a copper coil, DP has had the snip and usually pulls out before coming anyway so the chances are spectacularly unlikely.)

At what point would you consider going to get checked by a GP in case something else is up, or if period doesn't arrive this month do I just chalk it down as one of those things and wait for next month's?
