Ending tenancy early when there's no obvious break clause

Originally we had a 6 month contract and agreed to a second 6 month term before we got our BFP. This was also agreed tw months before the first one expired. There's no break clause (apart from some Landlords notice of two months). Would it be possible to get out of the contract given the circumstances?
