Cupcake recipe’s please!!

Hi,

I’m doing a bake sale for charity and need your best recipes please!!

I’m looking for any with good flavours that you think would be popular. I’ve thought about lemon, coffee, chocolate, Black Forest or carrot cupcakes but happy to consider all suggestions.

Can you tell me or direct me to the recipes you know will work every time!!

these chocolate cupcakes have beetroot in (you can't really taste it) but they taste amazing. I like to add chocolate chips in the mixture too

Nigella's burnt butter cupcakes are yummy

Mint choc chip (mint buttercream)
Banoffee - top with fresh cream, a slice of banana and a drizzle of caramel

Sticky toffee (basic cupcake sponge but use dark brown sugar instead of caster and add chopped dates and soda bic). Add caramel or dulce du leche to buttercream. Sprinkle with sea salt or crushed Crunchie.
Lime & cocunut (lime juice & zest in cake and topping. Sprinkle with toasted coconut)
