What do you think ? Got a certain something about it IMO. The whiskers are very realistic, and make it look scary as fuck unusual.

This is the description.

Long hair toitose coloured concrete Ornament Hand painted and sealed with whiskers. Collection only. Thank you. This is not living.

feel free to tempt me other garden decor before I commit. Grin

I like it! It would look best placed in a sheltered spot in the garden so that you forget about it then randomly come across it at times and it would make you laugh!

Howmanysleepstilchristmas · 10/06/2019 22:00

I need to see this! Can someone post a link please? No photos showing, and googling not real concrete toitoise isn’t helping...

Keeoe · 10/06/2019 22:02

Oh God, I love it! Where can I get one?

KurriKurri · 10/06/2019 22:20

For some reason the photos go up for a while then disappear - no idea why - I'll try again.

Keeoe - I fear it is a one off on my local Fb marketplace (although it has not sold yet suprisingly)

My neighbour has a full size gorilla statue in the garden. My ds's gf asked if it was real.

She is 16...
Maybe it needs a Not Living sign too??

EllebellyBeeblebrox · 10/06/2019 22:27

Can you send the seller a message asking what the whiskers are made of?

KurriKurri · 10/06/2019 22:40

I could Ellebelly - but a quick glance at the seller's Fb page shows she has pictures of her and her husband's faces photoshopped onto cats bodies - so I'm a bit wary of contacting her Grin

Given the part of the country I come from, the whiskers could well be real whiskers (but not necessarily from a cat)

The photos keep disappearing because the toitoise cat has magical powers, clearly.
Now I really want to see a picture of the cat/minotaur (cat-otaur?) people selling it!!

Minkies11 · 11/06/2019 14:01

Scouring the internet now to find similar grotesque for the garden......

BarbaraofSevillle · 11/06/2019 14:16

Can others see the photo, I can't, but the description appears to be referring to a cat-tortoise hybrid.

I thought the giant gnomes they sell in Asda were bad enough.

rollingpine · 11/06/2019 14:18

Can't see the images, sorry.

Sounds amazing though, whatever it is!

UtterlyUnimaginativeUsername · 11/06/2019 17:37

MN have said that pics posted in the last couple of days are broken and will remain so, but ones posted in future will work. Please could you report the toitose, @KurriKurri?

UtterlyUnimaginativeUsername · 11/06/2019 17:37

repost, even!

KurriKurri · 11/06/2019 18:25

I will happily repost him - he is a delight I cannot selfishly keep to myself Grin

QueenOfWinterfell · 11/06/2019 18:44

You could put it in your front door step if you don’t want visitors 😂

MrsTommyBanks · 11/06/2019 18:49

That is very special indeed.

dawnc27 · 11/06/2019 19:13

ohh send me the link please, will be the perfect present for the SMIL Grin

littlepeaegg · 11/06/2019 20:30

I want him!!

mommybear1 · 11/06/2019 21:27

Oh my god my eyes 😵😵

EllebellyBeeblebrox · 11/06/2019 21:48

kurri is he/she/it still for sale? How has it not been snapped up by now by a collector of fine objets?

UtterlyUnimaginativeUsername · 12/06/2019 07:07

Jesus Christ. It's the cat from Pet Semetary. Now I wish I hadn't asked you to repost it, I'll have nightmares about it forever.

Saisong · 12/06/2019 07:11

Awww I like it - has a rather affable grin.
