Does anyone know what this means? *:*:

I’ve complained about some furniture and the shop visited my home to see the faults even though they didn’t think the furniture was faulty. They suggested I have caused the damage and I said that wasn’t correct. It’s all been written up in a brief report and followed by this “sign”. :: Anyone know if it means something? I’m going to be so cross if it’s a reference to me!

Sorry! I’ve not typed it correctly. I’ll try again.

Any ideas what it meant?

A typo?

It means you're dotty?

Do you really think he meant that Molly? Clearly the shop and myself are disagreeing about how the damage has occurred but, if he has done a coded message on his report, I will not be happy!
