Passport help!

We’re renewing DH and DS2 passports and thinking I’d save postage, I put both old ones in the same envelope. I’ve always done that. They haven’t received them after two weeks but said not to worry they could just be waiting to be scanned on to the system.

However last night I noticed that Dh has a different address (Peterborough) than Ds (Liverpool) and I’ve sent them both to Liverpool.

What will happen? Will they be able to sort it? We’ve called and they were reassuring but not able to give answers yet.

Oh dear. When I did our 3 renewals they had to go to 3 different passport offices and the passport application reference was part of the address.

I know. I got the text for ds’s and Dh got the one for his, we didn’t realise they said different addresses.

So they might be able to match your DSs up with the application reference but won't find your DHs so easily. I gather you made online applications

Yes we did, it was the only evidence they needed.
