I've got a ken hom one that's lasted years and one from sainsburys with a flatter bottom that is doing well.

I've had an expensive heavy one for years but have just got an induction hob. I got one from ikea, it was £9 and it's lighter and I LOVE it. My wrists seem to be weaker than they used to be so it's great 👍

I have had an ikea one for about 10 years and it's still going strong

Ours is non stick aluminium, quick to heat up with no hot spots. Never washed with water, I just wipe it out once to clean it, then again with a teaspoon of warmed vegetable oil.

Oh, and wooden or bamboo utensils ONLY.
