Next door have a 17 year old. He's not in education or any form of employment. Now the weather's warm he's constantly out in the garden kicking his football against the fence our house owns and there is visible damage. Despite being asked not to repeatedly he climbs over the fence to get his balls a couple of times a day. He also smokes copious quantities of weed, and it stinks. I'm getting increasingly annoyed, his parents couldn't care less. Is there anything we can do?
