Could someone please help translate this to Italian?

My father needs a medical exam, and needs the doctor’s referral to be translated to Italian. The phrase that needs translating is ‘should have an arch aortogram looking at the ostia of the vertebral and carotid arteries’. Any help with the medical terms would be greatly appreciated.

Hi OP, I hope your father's examination goes well. The translation is 'dovrebbe avere un arco aortogramma guardando l'ostia delle arterie vertebrali e carotidi'. HTH

Thank you so much - my father is Italian, but he lacks the medical language. I’m hoping this exam will reveal why he is suffering from crippling dizziness and could cry for gratitude. Thank you very very much.

Hi @Wordblind101 how's your dad getting on?

Wordblind101 · 27/12/2019 10:10

Hi @handbaghoarderr, he had the exam and tried the treatment, but unfortunately, it hasn’t worked. We have our fingers crossed for anther treatment in the new year. Thank you ever so much for your help. I hope you had a Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year

Hi @handbaghoarderr. I just wanted to update you on my father’s condition. He’s having a treatment at the moment that is improving his dizziness, and seems to have eliminated his double vision. It is wonderful news.
I remain, as ever so grateful to you for your help, when we were so desperately trying everything we could to get him treated.
I hope you and your loved ones are safe in these troubled times
