Please help. Can I take buscopan with Imodium?

Posted here as it’s busier. Since Friday Iv had Diarrhea and nausea with bad stomach pains. Iv just let nature take its course, plenty of fluids etc but this evening the pains are quite bad. I’ve taken Imodium although haven’t had Diarrhea since late morning. I now realise I probably should’ve taken buscopan instead. I have a ‘grumbling appendix’ so feeling a little concerned but hoping it’s just a bug. Does anyone know if I can take these two together please?

I’m hardly ever ill and really don’t feel good

D you think you should get checked in case your grumbling appendix has turned into something more serious. D&V are sometimes symptoms of appendicitis

That’s what Iv been worried about. I’m not awful, as in need a Doctor... just not good. Will see how I am in the morning.
