I always go with some kind of sandwich if we are going to be out and about with her. She is 15 months old. Any suggestions for anything else quick and easy that I can put together for a lunch?

My ds loves quiche Lorraine and cherry tomatoes.
Or what about a wrap?
Tuna pasta?
Chunks of chicken, cucumber sticks & cherry tomatoes?

Sunshine pasta salad- cherry tomato, red or yellow or orange capsicum, avocado and cucumber and cheese chopped to appropriate size and mixed with pasta spirals.
Vege fritters with hummus.
Grated carrot and cheese wraps with hummus

Cucumber sticks, sugar snap peas, sliced baby plum tomatoes, cold sweet potato wedges. Hummus to dip things in. She also loves a sandwich as well and it is easy to eat on the go as a lot of the time we are on a bus during lunch time.
Have you seen healthy little foodies blog? I use it for great lunchbox ideas for my fussy eater. The sweet potato pizza bases are a real hit

An assortment of the following:
Fruit: little box of raisins, grapes, berries, sliced kiwi, satsuma
Veg: sliced red pepper, cucumber sticks, cherry tomatoes
Carbs: mini rice cakes, half a packet of Pom bears, a couple of cheese biscuits, mini breadsticks, pitta bread, a little pot of Cheerios, malt loaf lunch bar, mini pizza
Protein: torn up strips of ham, chopped up sausage, cheese cubes, yogurt, hard boiled egg

If I have time I make up individual portions of fruit in jelly in plastic Tupperware pots and on very rare occasions I make a stash of mini frittatas in a muffin tin. They're always popular!
