Me ex split upgot yc together it was abusive relationship hes hit me smashed my things. He wasnt supportive through pregnancy or with the birth wen yc was born hes paternity leave spent majority of it in bed sleeping giving no support. Hes not on birth certificate as didnt come. We live separate so he wud say hes going home I've got to do all feeds on myself while he has full nights sleep. I asked him wen was together numerous times if wud have yc who's 3 months old for hour he told me no would have to take him with me. Hes took home off me twice and took him to his own house wouldn't give him me back hes family was always getting involved. On day split told me wudnt have his yc for an hour even though he had his oc . Then he took him off me later in day pushed me around to take him to see his family brought him back few hours after then tried taking him again luckily for away he was left in my house then he took my newphone as hed already smashed 1 week before and stole my bank card hes family came to get him he stole my bank card they took him to cash point to draw every bit money had in there. We was due to go on holiday but obviously ex and his oc never came. So week after let him have him for 3 hours he brought him back hour late as police told me if doesn't bring him back nothing I can do until go to court even isn't on birth certificate he was threatening me with court all along so I've stopped access hes saying he wants 50/50 but when was together never showed any interest in him. Just dont know what to do so I'm just sitting waiting for letter off solicitors now worrying.
