Yup it's for manicures, push back cuticles with the round end, clean under nails with pointy end

It's for manicures. Sharp end goes under the nail to get rid of dirt. Flat end pushes back the cuticle.

It's what (I've seen) nail technicians use to scrape off gel polish & tidy up cuticles.

I've got one, I use it to clean under my fingernails with the pointy end and to push back my cuticles with the other. Who knows if this is the right way but it works for me😏
