Lethargic baby question

Hello, anxious first mum here.

DD seven months old. Did her best sleep ever last night. Has taken all usual feeds today and has had usual nappies. I just have this feeling she's not right. She's very sleep today, lethargic. Not showing much interest in anything, just wants to cuddle.

No temperature, did have cold hands earlier but normal since.

She's just usually so feisty. Fights sleep, wants to sit on mat. Not today.

She is teething, no teeth, but very drooly, rubbing ear, red cheeks etc.

Can you reassure me that I'm overreacting? Or should I be concerned that she's just not herself?

She's obviously not 100%
I'm not sure I'd do anything specific though. Watch out for rashes or spots and seek medical attention if you're worried about a rash. Otherwise I would cuddle her and feed when she fancies it. I'd perhaps give her calpol before bed to ensure she gets rest to get better.
