What's a steam wallet when it's at home?

I didn't think it was possible.

Apparently some 3rd party apps might buy it from you but it takes 28 days, they are often dodgy and you won’t get full value.

you can't legally get money back. You can just use it to pay for games in the checkout.

You can't. If you have any friends that use steam you can ask them if theyre wanting to buy any games, gift them the game then get the cash off them. But the summer sale is coming up so people will probably be waiting for that.
