Universal Credits! So in a couple both work so please no comments about work harder, save harder, don't rely on universal credits, shouldn't have had babies young, should have saved for a house at the age of 10 years old etc but this will be my second payment due from them and they never ever get it correct!
Does anyone else find this? I'm owed 2 months worth of childcare from them, I have rang them 3 times to be reassured that this will be going into June's payment and I'm always told/fobbed off that yes it will all go in by some unconfident sounding worker that blatantly is just trying to tell me what I want to hear. I'm sick of having to chase them up and tell them to process things all the time!!!! Why do I have to ring them to make sure they so their job and then they never do anyway! So stressful every month and the panic when the figure they say you're getting is lower than expected.
Does anyone else find themselves in this situation with them?! I can't be bothered with chasing them every month for something they should already be getting correct!! Can I even see somone about this to take it further?? Does anyone else have to ring them EVERY month which seems to fail anyway?!
