Having a lovely weekend, what about you?

I had a day off work today and ds was in nursery. Lovely relaxed morning watching tv and doing a bit of housework, then I went to the cinema by myself Grin then dinner & massage, facial & head massage with SIL.

Tomorrow we're taking ds to a local school fayre. In the evening I'm going out for dinner again & bowling.

Sunday we'll just relax/play in garden or local park.

What are you all up to?

What did you see at the cinema?

I was working today, dh out tonight so I watched some netflix and ordered a pizza flavour he doesn't like

Going to the v&a to see the dior exhibition with my friend tomorrow then out for dinner with the dh. Just relaxing on sunday.

Mine is starting off well.
All the dc are in, youngest in bed.
Dp is cooking me a steak dinner, he has just bought me a nice glass of red wine and we have music on etc, I’m lying down on the sofa watching him cook Grin
Tomorrow he’s got some work to do in the house, I’m going on a dog walk with a friend and the teens both have their boyfriends round. We will all have dinner together, probably Mexican.
Sunday we have got my mum and stepdad coming round, hopefully the weather will be nice and we can have a bbq but if not we’ll have a roast.
My weekends (like most days) tend to be based around food I don’t cook, just eat Grin

Victoria and Albert Museum.
It’s pouring with rain here so tomorrow’s sport been cancelled. Son has 4 mates around, me and my daughter watching Good Omens. I have dentist tomorrow. Hmmm, not looking forward to that!

Is Aladdin good?
Today I repainted our dining room and bought several new plants to go
In there. Hard work but it looks lovely.
Tomorrow I'm starting a voluntary job at our local wildlife rescue centre which I'm ridiculously excited about. In the afternoon we're taking the dc to a D day celebration at a nearby air base.
Sunday the whole family are going for fire training at the local fire station.
So busy weekend, I'm hoping the weather isn't as awful as the forecast says it will be.

kaytee87 · 08/06/2019 09:19

@Jjacobb Aladdin was really good.

Just remembered we have a 3yo's birthday tomorrow. Luckily I bought the present as soon as ds was invited. It's right at nap time which is a bit of a bummer but never mind he'll enjoy it anyway.

I went and watched a day time viewing of Aladdin this week (2kids at school and one at pre-school) I really enjoyed it and laughed out loud at it! I’ve never even seen the cartoon version.

Ooh might drag dh along..grey and miserable in N Yorks
Wanted to go to gay pride but didfeel well enough to get up early

I’ve been and done the hardest yoga class of my life this morning (not how it was billed). Now I’m having a really long bath then going out to day drink gin with my friends.

DS watched Aladdin with his dad. I feel massively betrayed. Might treat myself to a solo viewing this week.
