Anyone know about facial skin grafts? At 1 week check up I was told to use antibiotic cream for another week them use E45 4 x daily. Now been told it is too moist and use nothing. Could the skin graft fail because it dries out too much now or is E45 irrelevant to the success and just used to reduce scarring.
