Ebay/Paypal help please!

Hi, I’ve just opened an eBay account to sell a load of clothes I’ve been hanging on to for years...
Something sold yesterday and the buyer says they’ve paid and has sent me screenshots proving she has but it still says ‘awaiting payment’ on my eBay...? Have I not done something? I’ve checked my PayPal and nothing has gone in to there. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You should have completed the tutorials!

Payments as a new seller are held for 21 days UNLESS when you send an item the buyer leaves feedback OR if you send the item trackable and that item shows as delivered + 3 days then email paypal and they will release the funds sooner. Payment holds occur because: You have been selling on eBay for less than 90 days.

When you signed up for eBay you would have been asked to complete the tutorials. If for some reason you missed them, have a read up here
