What time do your kids go to bed?

Now that my children are getting older they are starting to notice some of their friends go to bed much later than them. My 9 year old is in bed reading by 8 and it’s lights of at 8:30, is that too early, can I let him stay up later? My other kids go to bed:
7 year old reading at 7:30 lights out at 8
4 year old reading at 6:45 lights out at 7

3 year old
She sleeps 8pm-8am
I could probably shift this from 7pm to 7am but dp enjoys seeing DD after work so this works for us

17mo has his lights off between 7.30-7.45 usually, and is usually asleep by 8pm.

Wakes naturally any time between 7am-8.30am, usually around 7-7.15 which is the time we need to get him up 3 days a week for nursery. Tends to sleep longer on the other days (ie the night after a full day at nursery!)- they tire him out nicely!
